    Hawaiʻi to mark 80th anniversary of Hiroshima bombing with ceremony, call for peace : Big Island Now

    Aug. 6, 2025, marks the eightieth anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima—a pivotal and tragic second in world historical past that continues to echo throughout generations.
