St. Thomas, Jamaica — The swift and decisive actions of legislation enforcement officers connected to the St. Thomas Police Division have resulted within the deadly capturing of an unidentified man believed to be liable for the brutal homicide of 14-year-old Tianna Sutherland, a United States citizen who was on vacation visiting family.
In response to stories from the Morant Bay Legal Investigation Department (CIB), the tragic incident unfolded on the morning of Wednesday, July 2, locally of Blue Mahoe.
