    Head of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Jamaica, Her Excellency Dr. Erja Eskola (fourth proper), presents a cheque for $8,345,000 to the Inventive Language-Primarily based Studying Basis in help of summer time literacy camps throughout a handover ceremony on June 26.
