    Authorities Monday launched video footage of a police capturing that killed a knife-wielding suicidal man final month in a Level Loma neighborhood.

    Jacob Lyle Epple, 32, was mortally wounded when San Diego Police Department Officer Yosgart Miranda opened hearth on him at Bermuda Avenue and Ebers Avenue on the morning of Might 31.
