    Man Fatally Shot by Police in Manchester, Family Disputes Shootout Claim

    Knockpatrick, Manchester — A person recognized by residents and family members solely as ‘Osah’ was fatally shot by police throughout an alleged confrontation on Fortunate Road in Knockpatrick, Manchester, on Wednesday night.

    In response to preliminary police stories, the incident occurred round 6:00 p.m. at a home locally. Officers reported seizing a firearm on the scene and claimed there was a shootout.
