    Head of the St Elizabeth police, Superintendent Coleridge Minto, has referred to as on residents to utilise the companies of the Home Violence Centre or the Restorative Justice Centre, each situated in Santa Cruz within the parish, to help in resolving their interpersonal conflicts.

    Minto instructed Prime Minister Andrew Holness who was on a tour of the North East St Elizabeth constituency on Thursday, that interpersonal and home violence points usually are not at an alarming fee within the parish, however the police are treating it with seriousness.
