    Rohan Elliot Assumes Command in St. Ann as Dwight Powell Moves to ACP Post

    ST. ANN, JAMAICA – Deputy Superintendent of Police Rohan Elliot has taken over because the performing commanding officer of St. Ann, following the switch of Senior Superintendent Dwight Powell to the Workplace of the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), the place he’ll oversee administration.
