    Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Mining, Hon. Floyd Inexperienced (proper) and Member of Parliament for St Andrew West Rural and State Minister within the Ministry of Nationwide Safety, Hon. Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn, look on as hydroponics farmer, Peter Scott (centre), factors out options of his operation. Minister Inexperienced toured farms in Salisbury Plain in rural St. Andrew on Wednesday (March 26).
