    How They Met

    Their love story started in a grocery store, the place Mikey, a grocery supervisor, met Ramone, a passionate Jamaican buyer annoyed over an out-of-stock merchandise. What began as a tense encounter become friendship and, ultimately, love. Mikey’s endurance and kindness gained Ramone over, and their bond grew stronger over time.

    From completely different vacation traditions—Mikey’s Puerto Rican Christmas Eve vs. Ramone’s Christmas Day—to contrasting communication kinds, they’ve discovered to embrace their variations.     Mikey has fallen in love with Jamaican meals, particularly oxtail and crimson pea soup, whereas Ramone has embraced Puerto Rican dishes. Their family is a flavorful mixture of each cuisines, with their kids rising up in a trilingual atmosphere—talking English, Spanish, and Patois.
