    Kingston, Jamaica — Authorities have made a big breakthrough within the combat towards gun smuggling with the invention of 66 firearms and over 4,500 rounds of ammunition at Kingston Wharves on Monday.

The firearms seized included 50 handguns and 16 rifles, together with the substantial amount of ammunition, all hid inside two barrels.

    The invention was made at roughly 1:40 p.m. throughout routine checks of the incoming cargo. The police report {that a} Jamaican man, who additionally holds American citizenship, is believed to be behind the cargo.
