    Dancehall Artist Kiprich Charged for Alleged Promotion of Gang Activity

    Standard dancehall artist Marlon Plunkett, higher often known as Kiprich, was taken into custody on Monday, February 10, and formally charged with Use of Audio and Audiovisual Communication to Promote Felony Exercise.
