    Jamaica Names U21 Squad for Margaret Beckford Sunshine Series

    Netball Jamaica has introduced the Beneath-21 squad that may face South Africa’s Beneath-21 gamers, dubbed the SPAR Child Proteas. The 2 groups will compete within the upcoming three-match Margaret Beckford Sunshine Sequence, which kicks off this Saturday on the Nationwide Indoor Sports activities Centre in Kingst

    The Beneath-21 group can be led by captain Roxonna McLean. The complete listing of group members is as follows:

    Defence:

    Head coach Annett Daley welcomed the chance introduced by the collection, because the Beneath-21 group has not had a lot competitors main as much as it.

    “This collection is a welcome one for the Beneath-21 group. The women haven’t been taking part in in any type of competitors since they went to Guadeloupe for the qualifiers. Some members of the group from Guadeloupe have since stopped taking part in, so proper now it’s about placing the group along with a mixture of returning gamers and new members,” stated Daley.

    The three matches can be double-headers. The Beneath-21 groups will play first, adopted by the senior groups. The match schedule is as follows:

    • January 18: Beneath-21 at 3:00 pm, Senior at 6:00 pm
    • January 22: Beneath-21 at 3:30 pm, Senior at 7:00 pm
    • January 25: Beneath-21 at 3:00 pm, Senior at 6:00 pm
