    FNID Seizes 134 Kilograms of Cocaine in Major St. Andrew Drug Bust

    KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Firearms and Narcotics Investigation Division (FNID) seized 134 kilograms (295 kilos) of cocaine valued at over US$500 million throughout an operation in St. Andrew on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

    The operation came about at an condo advanced in Charlton Court docket and led to the arrest of 63-year-old property supervisor Allan Patrick Constable. He has been charged underneath the Harmful Medication Act with possession, dealing, and trafficking cocaine, conspiracy to visitors cocaine, and possession of felony property.

    This vital seizure comes on the heels of different current anti-drug operations. On Monday, January 6, 2025, Christopher Keddo was apprehended in St. James after authorities found 42 kilos of cocaine.     The FNID highlighted these operations as a part of its continued efforts to fight narcotics trafficking in Jamaica, reaffirming its dedication to disrupting drug networks and decreasing the unlawful drug commerce throughout the island.

    Additional investigations are underway as authorities work to determine and dismantle the bigger networks concerned in these operations.
