    Roughly 2,000 residents within the Harmons Valley space of Manchester are set to profit from a multimillion-dollar water challenge, which can provide 60,000 gallons of the commodity every day.

    The initiative is a partnership involving the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Mining and JAMALCO, working with the Manchester Parish Growth Committee (PDC) and different stakeholders.
