    Kingston, Jamaica — Prime Minister Andrew Holness has introduced a $2 million reward for data resulting in the arrest of these liable for the homicide of 14-year-old Terona “TT” Thomas, who was tragically killed in a drive-by taking pictures on April 20 in Hill Avenue, St Andrew.

    Thomas, a pupil described by residents as cheerful and brilliant, was shot together with two males through the late-night assault. She was rushed to the hospital however was pronounced useless.
